Dr. Dar currently serves as the Director of the Colorectal Surgery Unit at Holy Family Hospital (The Italian Hospital) in Nazareth, Israel, where he leads the surgical management of patients with colorectal diseases, including colorectal cancer, benign colorectal disorders, and complex anorectal conditions.
Education and Surgical Training
Dr. Dar graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and received his MD degree in 2011.
He completed his residency in General Surgery at Emek Medical Center, Afula, Israel, where he developed broad expertise in advanced abdominal and gastrointestinal surgery.
Following his residency, Dr. Dar completed an advanced fellowship in Minimally Invasive Colorectal Surgery at UZ Leuven University Hospital, Belgium, one of Europe's leading centers for colorectal surgery.
